Eugenia

Eugenia is a cocktail made from a brazilian fruit called cagaita (Eugenia dysenterica). This fruit’s mild and unique flavor gives this cocktail an exotic touch. Eugenia’s yellow color is very atractive and invites us to enjoy it in a very hot day.

In a cocktail shaker:
• 3,5 ounces of cagaita juice
• 1 ounce of vodka
• 0,7 ounce of limoncello
• 0,4 ounce of lime
• Ice

>> Lime juice to dip the cup and garnish with sugar*
>> Lime peel to complement the garnishing.
* First dip the cup into the lime juice, then dip it into a soucer with sugar to garnish its border.

O Eugenia é um coquetel feito de uma fruta brasileira chamada cagaita (Eugenia dysenterica). O sabor suave e único dessa fruta dá ao coquetel um toque exótico. A cor amarela do Eugenia é bem atraente e nos convida para apreciá-lo em um dia bem quente.

Numa coqueteleira:
• 100 ml de suco de cagaita

• 30 ml de vodka
• 20 ml de limoncello
• 10 ml de limão
• Gelo

>> Suco de limão para mergulhar a taça e decorar com açúcar*
>> Casca de limão para complementar a decoração.
* Primeiro mergulhe a taça no suco de limão, em seguida mergulhe a mesma taça em um pires com açúcar para decorar a borda.
